Psych Hospitals

I re read an article I had cut out and saved several months ago.
It was written about the state of mental hospitals/asylums in the state of Texas.
Its pathetic.
I’m far to lazy to grab the article again from upstairs…
I’ll do it eventually, and post a decent rant.

I do know that the employees are overworked and underpaid. They overmedicate patients, sometimes lethally. They abuse the patients and neglect them. But I blame the government, not the individuals…
